Guest Room Information

  1. Our reservation and hostel beds are only for one person. If you are need a reservation for more than 2 people, please make separate reservations each.
  2. Except the beds, the shower room and bathrooms are shared among guests. However each showers are completely divided by walls for our guest’s privacy.
  3. For the safety of our guests and our facility we have a security deposit system of $100. The deposit will be canceled during the checkout process.
  4. Our check in time is from 15:00 to 21:00, check out time is from 9:00 to 11:00.
  5. After the check-in process guests are free to enter the facilities with the QR code we provide.
  6. Guest name on the reservation must match with the name on the ID during the check-in process. Please make the reservation under the correct name.
  7. If guests fail to come during the check in time without prior contact to us, guests are unable to enter the room and the reservation is nonrefundable.
  8. Our cleaning time is from 11:00 to 15:00. All guests should leave their room before that.
  9. We do not accept minors at our accommodation. Guests must show their identification during the check in process. (Those born after 2005 are considered minors in South Korea)
  10. No pets are allowed in the facility
  11. If a guest is intoxicated from drugs or alcohol, they will be refused to enter the facilities
  12. No smoking, drinking, eating, and any activities that might disturb other guests in the rooms are allowed. Any guest activities that causes disturbance to other guests such as, fire alarms going on due to smoking, smell from eating, destruction of properties while being drunk, will be forced out of the facilities without refund of their deposit and reservation.
  13. Guests might be charged with extra laundry fee if the sheets are stained with food, cosmetics, etc.
  14. Our accommodation has a 24 hours surveillance, however we are not responsible for lost valuables. All guests should check the front desk to keep their valuables or keep their own valuables safe.


Reservation Information

  1. Minor age guests are not allowed to book a reservation
  2. In the event of cancellation within 5 days from the date of arrival, one-night fee will be charged and the difference will be refunded.
